This is a special night out that we keep going back for every time we visit our friends in Connecticut - we are lucky it's one of their favorite spots too. The location in the West Village is charming, in the midst of the brick winding street. The Austrian food is unique and they always have a great special, but I usually order the wiener schnitzel every time. We love to start with a cocktail, many of them are more herbal or vegetable and not sweet. We have had amazing Austrian wine here, to the point that we've taken a picture of the label trying to get it again and can't find it anywhere. We usually end with a digestifs round to make sure we are ready to continue our night.
