This is an incredible, intimate, dinner with Sawada and his wife the only people you see. The restaurant is a simple 6 seat counter where you see Sawada work his magic. He makes your meal and may ask you at the end what your favorite is so that you can revisit it. When writing this up, I saw that you can only make a reservation through a 3rd party app which I've included in the link.
