This relative newcomer has become my go-to coffee spot in my parents' neighborhood. The coffee beans are diverse and favorable. The owner/operator is incredibly kind and outgoing. It can be crowded with college kids studying, but usually a seat at the bar is available. Very limited food options, pastry only.
